Let's just execute Bush and get it over with!

Obama released the once Top-Secret interrogation memos, which he has a right to do. He also will release the Abu Grabme photos to the ACLU which has the expressed intent to raise world anger against the US and especially the Bush administration. This would cause the recruitment of more terrorists (ooops, what do we call them now?) for the "overseas contingency operation" as well as embolden all of our enemies because they now know that America is weak and has a President who agrees with them.

Spain recently threatened to prosecute the Bush administration for war crimes but backed off due to American outrage from the right wing extremists. The left wing extremists like the Moveon.org, the ACLU and the Washington Democrats of course agree with Spain and are contemplating prosecuting the Bush lawyers for drafting their legal opinions that led to those memos.

But the Dems may not have to get their hands dirty in this matter. They can let the World Court eliminate the Bushes.

Once the Abu Grabme photos are released and world anti-American, Bush hatred is enflamed, will the UN and the World Court prosecute? If they do prosecute, will Obama "be forced" [wink wink nod nod] to turn Bush and all of his cohorts over to the UN for detainment? What if Bush and Chaney are found guilty? Would they want to send them to jail for the rest of their lives? Would they want to execute them?

What will the Obama administration do? Why don't we just save everyone time and money and just execute Bush and Chaney now? Would the left wing extremists (who are NOT on any watch list but who in fact MAKE the watch lists) don't want to do that YET!) rather go through the entire process and embarrass Bush and all of his administration, prove to the world just how evil the US really is and then set precedent to allow the UN and the World Court to have dominion over the US?

All of these major Obama administration moves seem isolated but are they really? Is there some grand plan behind everything to relinquish US sovereignty to the UN? I hope not. I am not making any accusations at the moment but many strange things are happening that can only, at the moment, be explained by that line of thinking. Let's all just stay alert and try to put our own pieces to the puzzle together for some larger, clearer picture.

Stop the rhetoric and stick to the facts

- When the leftist radicals, hard left politicians and various numbers of democrat pundits called President Bush names like Hitler, fascist, idiot and other derogatory names, we got mad. Not only did we get mad, we also tended to give little legitimacy to the opinions of the very same people. Now we find ourselves in the same shoes as the people ridiculing Bush except we are doing the same thing to President Obama. Just like the left likes to criticize torture and says we can't bring ourselves down to the level of the terrorists, we conservatives and constitutionalists need to concentrate our efforts on honest discourse and facts of all issues and not bring ourselves down to the levels of the leftist radicals, hard left politicians and various democrat pundits.

In order to sway honest people caught in the middle who just don't know or understand what is going on, we have to be above the petty name calling and stick to the facts. President Obama has already been called a socialist, fascist, Hitler, communist, scum bag, Muslim extremist and many other names. Instead of doing that, let's just look at how his actions fit into the ideology that describes his behavior.

• [Obamaism]

[Obama has] a radical, authoritarian nationalist ideology that aims to create a single-party state with a government [that] seeks national unity and development by requiring individuals to subordinate self-interest to the collective interest of the nation or race.

(How many times have you heard him state that we all will have to sacrifice through these times of crisis? The single-party state is already essentially in effect since the Democrats control both houses in Congress as well as the Presidency and it has been totally obvious that no matter what the Republicans try to do, they have no power to stop or even delay anythings that the Democrats put on the docket. The Democrat leadership have even stopped any pretense of listening to the Republicans and now just try to push their agendas through without consulting them at all.)

[Obama and his social organizer peers] promote [conflict] between [income level classes], political factions, and races as part of a social Darwinist ... stance that views [conflict] between these groups as a natural and positive part of evolution. In the view of these groups being in perpetual conflict, [Obama and like-minded politicians] believe only the strong can survive by being healthy, vital, and have an aggressive warrior mentality by conquering, dominating, and eventually eliminating people deemed weak and degenerate.

(An excellent example of this tactic is demonstrated in AIG. The company was in trouble and asked for a Bailout. Chris Dodd from Connecticut, who had received over a $100,000 in campaign contributions from AIG, wrote the law into the Stimulus Package that gave AIG permission to give out their contractually obligated bonuses. Then when the news media reveal that the bonuses were paid, a louder cry of indignation could not have been heard than from the politicians in Washington and Chris Dodd himself. All politicians jumped on the band wagon to criticize the bonuses and created such animosity towards not only AIG but all rich, financial industry companies that Obama had his henchmen from ACORN gather into buses and demonstrate in the driveways of the AIG executives. That is an excellent example of using class warfare and generating conflict between factions.)

[Obama] permanently forbids and suppresses all criticism and opposition to the government and the [his attempts to expand the government].

(This has been obvious in the many methods in which they try to pit voices of dissent against other voices of dissent. They have morning briefings then phone calls with major media henchmen and target individuals. Does Rush Limbaugh ring a bell? Even though they have "stated" that they have no intention to pursue the Fairness Doctrine, they have full intent on targeting local radio broadcasters by using "local intent" and FCC regulations to stifle talk radio hosts who oppose Obama.)

[Obama] opposes any ideology or political system that gives direct political power to people as individuals through elected representatives [the electoral college] rather than as a collective nation or race ([card check]); that is deemed detrimental to national identity and unity (communism, class conflict oriented labour movements, internationalism, and laissez-faire capitalism); that protects and empowers people deemed weak and degenerate (egalitarianism) and that undermine the military strength and military ambitions of the nation (pacifism); that may seek to preserve any of the privileges, institutions and cultural values that [Obama] seeks to overthrow (traditionalism and conservatism).

- Compare the few paragraphs above with the definition of "fascism" in Wikipedia. I modified it only a little in order to show how eerily similar what Obama and the Democrat leaders in Washington are doing. With their back-door attempts to control the banking industry, the car industry, the credit industry and their overt intentions of controlling the health care industry and energy industry, is there any question at all as to the description of who these people really are?

We are not there yet, don't get me wrong but unless we like-minded people (who love the country the way it was (despite her flaws), who believe we live in the greatest country the world has ever seen and who believe the Constitution as it was originally written is the foundation of what made this country truly special in history) get together, consolidate our efforts to wake the rest of the sleeping population up, educate them and increase their awareness and vigilance, this country could fall into fascist authoritarianism within a few years.

We haven't even talked about the forced civil service, the national security force which will be armed and funded greater than the military, and the disarming and underfunding of the military and Homeland Security.

The writing is on the wall telling us that unless we stop this in its infancy, Obama may very well turn out to be another Stalin, Mao, Hitler or Mussolini. Notice who he buddies up to (Chavez, Ortega, Castro) versus who he demonizes (Rush Limbaugh, talk radio hosts, any conservative or right wing ideologue). It's up to us and only us to save this country.

• Fascism (from The Library of Economics and Liberty (www.econlib.org):

As an economic system, fascism is socialism with a capitalist veneer. The word derives from fasces, the Roman symbol of collectivism and power: a tied bundle of rods with a protruding ax. In its day (the 1920s and 1930s), fascism was seen as the happy medium between boom-and-bust-prone liberal capitalism, with its alleged class conflict, wasteful competition, and profit-oriented egoism, and revolutionary Marxism, with its violent and socially divisive persecution of the bourgeoisie. Fascism substituted the particularity of nationalism and racialism—“blood and soil”—for the internationalism of both classical liberalism and Marxism.

Where socialism sought totalitarian control of a society’s economic processes through direct state operation of the means of production, fascism sought that control indirectly, through domination of nominally private owners. Where socialism nationalized property explicitly, fascism did so implicitly, by requiring owners to use their property in the “national interest”—that is, as the autocratic authority conceived it. (Nevertheless, a few industries were operated by the state.) Where socialism abolished all market relations outright, fascism left the appearance of market relations while planning all economic activities. Where socialism abolished money and prices, fascism controlled the monetary system and set all prices and wages politically. In doing all this, fascism denatured the marketplace. Entrepreneurship was abolished. State ministries, rather than consumers, determined what was produced and under what conditions.

Fascism is to be distinguished from interventionism, or the mixed economy. Interventionism seeks to guide the market process, not eliminate it, as fascism did. Minimum-wage and antitrust laws, though they regulate the free market, are a far cry from multiyear plans from the Ministry of Economics.

Under fascism, the state, through official cartels, controlled all aspects of manufacturing, commerce, finance, and agriculture. Planning boards set product lines, production levels, prices, wages, working conditions, and the size of firms. Licensing was ubiquitous; no economic activity could be undertaken without government permission. Levels of consumption were dictated by the state, and “excess” incomes had to be surrendered as taxes or “loans.” The consequent burdening of manufacturers gave advantages to foreign firms wishing to export. But since government policy aimed at autarky, or national self-sufficiency, protectionism was necessary: imports were barred or strictly controlled, leaving foreign conquest as the only avenue for access to resources unavailable domestically. Fascism was thus incompatible with peace and the international division of labor—hallmarks of liberalism.

Fascism embodied corporatism, in which political representation was based on trade and industry rather than on geography. In this, fascism revealed its roots in syndicalism, a form of socialism originating on the left. The government cartelized firms of the same industry, with representatives of labor and management serving on myriad local, regional, and national boards—subject always to the final authority of the dictator’s economic plan. Corporatism was intended to avert unsettling divisions within the nation, such as lockouts and union strikes. The price of such forced “harmony” was the loss of the ability to bargain and move about freely.

To maintain high employment and minimize popular discontent, fascist governments also undertook massive public-works projects financed by steep taxes, borrowing, and fiat money creation. While many of these projects were domestic—roads, buildings, stadiums—the largest project of all was militarism, with huge armies and arms production.

The fascist leaders’ antagonism to communism has been misinterpreted as an affinity for capitalism. In fact, fascists’ anticommunism was motivated by a belief that in the collectivist milieu of early-twentieth-century Europe, communism was its closest rival for people’s allegiance. As with communism, under fascism, every citizen was regarded as an employee and tenant of the totalitarian, party-dominated state. Consequently, it was the state’s prerogative to use force, or the threat of it, to suppress even peaceful opposition.

If a formal architect of fascism can be identified, it is Benito Mussolini, the onetime Marxist editor who, caught up in nationalist fervor, broke with the left as World War I approached and became Italy’s leader in 1922. Mussolini distinguished fascism from liberal capitalism in his 1928 autobiography:

The citizen in the Fascist State is no longer a selfish individual who has the anti-social right of rebelling against any law of the Collectivity. The Fascist State with its corporative conception puts men and their possibilities into productive work and interprets for them the duties they have to fulfill. (p. 280)

Before his foray into imperialism in 1935, Mussolini was often praised by prominent Americans and Britons, including Winston Churchill, for his economic program.

Similarly, Adolf Hitler, whose National Socialist (Nazi) Party adapted fascism to Germany beginning in 1933, said:

The state should retain supervision and each property owner should consider himself appointed by the state. It is his duty not to use his property against the interests of others among his own people. This is the crucial matter. The Third Reich will always retain its right to control the owners of property. (Barkai 1990, pp. 26–27)

Both nations exhibited elaborate planning schemes for their economies in order to carry out the state’s objectives. Mussolini’s corporate state “consider[ed] private initiative in production the most effective instrument to protect national interests” (Basch 1937, p. 97). But the meaning of “initiative” differed significantly from its meaning in a market economy. Labor and management were organized into twenty-two industry and trade “corporations,” each with Fascist Party members as senior participants. The corporations were consolidated into a National Council of Corporations; however, the real decisions were made by state agencies such as the Instituto per la Ricosstruzione Industriale, which held shares in industrial, agricultural, and real estate enterprises, and the Instituto Mobiliare, which controlled the nation’s credit.

Hitler’s regime eliminated small corporations and made membership in cartels mandatory.1 The Reich Economic Chamber was at the top of a complicated bureaucracy comprising nearly two hundred organizations organized along industry, commercial, and craft lines, as well as several national councils. The Labor Front, an extension of the Nazi Party, directed all labor matters, including wages and assignment of workers to particular jobs. Labor conscription was inaugurated in 1938. Two years earlier, Hitler had imposed a four-year plan to shift the nation’s economy to a war footing. In Europe during this era, Spain, Portugal, and Greece also instituted fascist economies.

In the United States, beginning in 1933, the constellation of government interventions known as the New Deal had features suggestive of the corporate state. The National Industrial Recovery Act created code authorities and codes of practice that governed all aspects of manufacturing and commerce. The National Labor Relations Act made the federal government the final arbiter in labor issues. The Agricultural Adjustment Act introduced central planning to farming. The object was to reduce competition and output in order to keep prices and incomes of particular groups from falling during the Great Depression.

It is a matter of controversy whether President Franklin Roosevelt’s New Deal was directly influenced by fascist economic policies. Mussolini praised the New Deal as “boldly . . . interventionist in the field of economics,” and Roosevelt complimented Mussolini for his “honest purpose of restoring Italy” and acknowledged that he kept “in fairly close touch with that admirable Italian gentleman.” Also, Hugh Johnson, head of the National Recovery Administration, was known to carry a copy of Raffaello Viglione’s pro-Mussolini book, The Corporate State, with him, presented a copy to Labor Secretary Frances Perkins, and, on retirement, paid tribute to the Italian dictator.

Time to Get Rid of the Constitution

Let's see ... The entire major news media are now an activist arm of the Democrat party. This media tells you what they want you to think and understand. Every Democrat politician as well as the media wants to reenact the Fairness Doctrine which will essentially shut down talk radio and effectively shutting up any dissenting voices and opinions.

Bye bye Second Amendment.

Let's see ...The NEA and AFT are also in the pockets of the Democrat Party. Every public school system is run by secular progressives who want total control of the education of our children. These unions and the Democrat party want to shut down any private institutions and home schooling that could offer any dissenting education to the liberal secular progressive agenda they want to indoctrinate our children with.

Let's see, what else ... Oh yeah, the majority of the institutions of higher learning are controlled by secular progressive, liberal and Marxist faculty and deans. These are the same anti-establishment, anti-government radicals who taught this generation of journalists and politicians.

Let's not forget ...Every left-wing activist group are staunch Democrat supporters: PETA, ACORN, Sierra Club, Greenpeace, and hundreds of others.

But most important ... Almost every circuit court in the US is decidedly liberal. Even the Supreme Court is divided but if President Obama has his way he will permanently change the make-up of the court to decisively liberal activists.

The Democrats control the House and the Senate as well as the Presidency. The Democrats ARE GOVERNMENT NOW! They have the power to control every aspect of our lives.

They want to control the entire health care system. They want to control the costs appropriation of health care and hence control the rationing of all medical care.

They want to control the energy industry. They want to control the economy. They want to control property rights. They want to control gun rights. They want to control every aspect of the country and in effect, our lives.

The liberal Democrats have, for years, done everything in their power to use the Constitution to meet their ends and everything in their power to circumvent the Constitution when they can't get their way through legislation or public opinion. The ends justify the means and they don't care what they do to get what they want.

With all of these factors in their favor, the Democrats are in a position to solidify their power for decades to come. Unfortunately, the only way they can do that is to grow the the dependent class of people from the slight minority that they are into a super majority so that they, the Democrats, have a permanent voter block that will ensure their power indefinitely.

Once they do that, then it is only a matter of time before they bring up the proposition that the Constitution is an outdated, obsolete document that not needed anymore. With 65 to 75% of the people dependent on the country, they may very well succeed.

So, why waste all that time? Let's just do away with the Constitution now and be done with it.

The bottom line is, with everything that has been stacked up against them, there is a small group of Republican politicians who have suddenly found their conservative roots and are primed and ready to do battle. But even more significantly, there are large group of brilliant, influential talk show hosts who influence and inspire literally millions upon millions of listeners across the country. These politicians and talk show hosts are the only defense we have now against the seemingly unstoppable march to socialism that is currently underway.

We don't need no Daddy O.

Has anyone noticed that President Obama is a little more proactive in his addresses to the media and the country? Does it seem he wants to be more like Daddy O instead of a statesman-like president? President Obama was elected president, not CEO or school principle. In fact, I don't think he would ever be able to get a CEO job anywhere at all, considering the lack of experience in any type of business he has. How often did you see President Bush scolding private corporations or private citizens what they should or shouldn't do as a company or as a person? If anything needed to be addressed then there are other members of his administration that could deliver such messages. Another option would be to direct his administration to send messages and memos behind the scene and not make a public spectacle of the situations.

Leadership does not mean telling people what to do. Leadership means inspiring people to want to better themselves, better their lives and better others on their own and not at the direction of a big brother or big daddy. In Daddy O's defense, those companies that took bail out money were extremely stupid in handing out bonus money in this time of extreme visibility of financial organizations. But it is NOT in the job description of the President of the United States to hold people to task nor to scold organizations as if he were some Edward Rooney of the political world.

The truth of the matter is, the house democrats are trying to push all of their big spending projects through Congress as soon as possible before the general public can get a grasp of what the Stimulus Package is really about. They, and the President, are using the old Marxist strategy of creating a tremendous sense of urgency and panic to get the legislation through that they want and President Obama is running the cover in the press relying on his still strong popularity. I hope the American people wake up before it's too late to turn the tide of Daddy O's march to socialism.

Here' the Plan

Ssssssshhhhhhhh quiet, don't tell anyone but here's the plan. Stop listening to anyone who tells you otherwise but we have the perfect plan.
Keep talking down the economy so that the majority of America has a huge sense of urgency and even deep fear. Talk down any promising economic indicators as being only temporary or a fluke.
Pass this great big stimulus package, as soon as possible, so that there will be such humongous deficits for decades to come that any talk of cutting taxes can be down-played and even ridiculed.
Change the tax rates so that 60% to 65% of Americans will not pay taxes and that we have a permanent dependent majority voting block so that we can keep majority power for 50 years or more. Raise the tax rates to 70% or more on those actually paying taxes.
Concurrently bail out and nationalize the banking industry, the news media, the health industry and the energy industry so that national dependency and big government control can never be challenged nor overcome.
If we can successfully do that then we can effectively destroy the free market and defeat any hard right opposition as long as America exists.
That's the plan. Just try to stop us!

Thanks a lot, talk radio!

As I sit here eating shrimp cooked in I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, I can't help but think of the irony of my actions. I am writing a blog to get my opinions out into the multi-verse, not knowing if anyone will read my blogs nor even care if I blog at all. Not only that, I don't know nothing. At least I don't profess to be an intellectual nor a thinker nor a blinker. I just know that I want to get my opinions out for anyone to try and trash me.

I drive around all day in my taxi cab listening to talk radio and sometimes my head feels like it's going to explode! I totally appreciate and welcome the diverse conservative opinions and respect each host as much as I possibly could; but, nonetheless, I want to ring all of their necks. If it wasn't for talk radio, I wouldn't be thinking as clearly as I am now. If it wasn't for talk radio, I wouldn't understand the precarious precipice our country is perched upon. If it wasn't for talk radio, I wouldn't have realize how much of a crap-head I was and how I almost squandered my life. THANKS A LOT, TALK RADIO.

Oh and my poor riders. Sometimes they don't know what they're getting into should they decide to voice some political opinion. It's not as if I'm trying to instigate them or anything with talk radio blaring in the background. One night I picked up an AARP lobbyist from a banquet and drove her to her hotel. When I asked her why AARP did not support the privatization of social security she started rattling off every single Democrat talking point. I was amazed how quickly they rolled off of her tongue in response to my question. It was as if she had memorized them so well that if you woke her up in the middle of the night she would absent-mindedly state them while half asleep.

The poor woman never knew what hit her. I vowed, after I dropped her off, that I would really take it easy on my riders from that point on. I've been a good boy ... for the most part.

Where was I before I rudely interupted myself? Oh yeah, THANKS A LOT, TALK RADIO.

To me, listening to talk radio is the same thing as looking into the Mirror of Truth in which anyone who sees their own reflection learns the truth about himself or herself. I always knew that I had an uncanny sense of what was right, or more effective, what was not quite right; but, listening to the talk radio mirror that I saw my reflection in [?????] made me focus that uncanny sense on myself and my life. It all became so clear to me: I was a total screw-up and crap-head. Holy cow, what a revelation! I saw all my bad points and all the bad decisions that I had made throughout my life. I don't think the TRMirror allowed me to miss a single bad point or bad decision throughout my entire life. It was if I was replaying a DVD in my mind over and over and over. THANKS A LOT, TALK RADIO.

The good news is, I'm still young enough (relatively, anyway) to conquer the world and build my own empire. I have no idea how I will do that nor do I think I am smart enough to figure out the difference between a profit statement and toilet paper. But I'm going to do it anyway, despite the overwhelming Marxism marching on Washington. Heck, I could claim that I have ADD (who knows, I probably do), that I am a minority (Spanish but I could pass for Mexican, I'm sure), that I am a disabled veteran and that I am a victim of the big, bad establishment.

But I won't. I will just eat my shrimp cooked in I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, drive my taxi cab and be nice to my riders, and build my empire. I've learned a lot about myself and the political world and I realize that I can't sit on my butt anymore and live in a lala world. Thanks a lot, talk radio.
